Selling your house to us is simple!

When you call us or fill out our confidential online form, we will gather some basic information about you and your property. If we determine, based on the information provided, that your property does not qualify for one of our programs, we will contact you via email or phone and let you know.

In other cases, we will call you back to gather additional information. We will need to find out more about your situation and your property, including your mortgage, and any necessary repairs. We use this information to design one or more solutions to your specific real estate problem.

Then, we will set up a time to see your house and meet with you in person (or on the phone if you live out of the Memphis area) to discuss a few alternatives.

Once you are satisfied with one of our proposals, we will write down our agreement, forward it to a local real estate closing attorney, and schedule the closing of the sale of your house at a time convenient to you.

The closing will be handled professionally at a local real estate attorney’s office. If you live outside Memphis, you don’t need to come here for the closing. The attorney will send the documents to you via courier.
